Manage, operate and maintain customer's hazardous waste storage areas Plan operations to optimize efficiency at customer site, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
Ensure that all inspections are performed by due dates in order to comply with Company and customer requirements and policies.
Ensure compliance with job specifications, including seeing that immediate corrective action is taken.
Ensure that the quality of work meets or exceeds established company and customer guidelines.
Assure that everyone assigned to a job is properly trained and equipped, and ensure materials and supplies needed to do the job are ready and available, including implementing and maintaining a level of cross training so effective functional backups can guarantee continuous service operation at all times.
Responsible for teamwork and active cooperation among the operators, laborers and shop personnel, and with other employees of the company.
Establish, maintain, and enforce a preventive maintenance program for all assigned equipment, including keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and well maintained.

Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time from management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
High School Preferred College degree in chemistry or science Ability to supervise Preferred experience with hazardous waste and/or supervisor role Required clean driving record.

Analytical Team Player Strong ability to reason.
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written Willing to travel.
Physical Requirements:
Requires stooping, kneeling and crouching, climbing May lift up to 50 lbs.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to listen and talk on the phone, and use a computer.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
